Returns

You have the choice to return your product purchased through www.mybomo.com for free and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please note the product must not be used or tampered with in order to be eligible for a refund.
To return your purchase, please follow the instructions:

  • Send an email to contact@mybomo.com and provide a reason for your return as well as your serial number (10 digit/letter code combination) located in the inner temple.
  • BOMO will authorise your return and send you a return label.
  • Pack your item in its original packaging, including all documents and accessories received with the product.
  • Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to risk any damage during shipping.
  • Once we have received the returned item and approved the return, we will issue a full refund.
  • Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reimbursed into your account.

Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and follow the instructions:

  • Send an email to contact@mybomo.com and provide picture evidence of the faulty product as well as your serial number (10 digit/letter code combination) located in the inner temple.
  • BOMO will authorise your return and send you a return label.
  • Pack your item in its original packaging, including all documents and accessories received with the product.
  • Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to risk any damage during shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will replace the faulty product with a new product.

Refunds

  • All refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method.
  • Allow 14 business days to be fully refunded.
  • You will receive an email notification once you have been refunded.
